1. Shipping Methods and Options
- Customer Collection (Free): You can collect your order from our warehouse located in Olympus, Pretoria East. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for collection. Upon arrival you will be required to complete and sign an order collection document before you parcel will be handed to you.
- Customer-Arranged Courier: You have the option to arrange your own courier for collection and delivery. Once your order is ready, you will be notified and provided with relevant parcel details to allow you to book collection with your choice of courier. Please provide us with the courier's details and copy of waybill to attach to your parcel once your booking with courier is completed. No parcel will be released without waybill identification details required above. Please ensure your Courier collect during our business hours.
- Store-Arranged Courier (Standard Rates Apply): We offer the convenience of arranging a courier on your behalf. Our standard shipping rates apply, and delivery times vary depending on your location. We make use of economy shipping. We deliver nationwide.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stipulated due to personalisation or items made on order etc. Once your order is ready for collection or shipment, you will receive a notification from our Padstal Team.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customer Collection: Free of charge.
- Customer-Arranged Courier: Costs and arrangements are handled by the customer.
- Store-Arranged Courier: Shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times for store-arranged couriers vary based on your location. Please allow 3-5 days after dispatch for your order to arrive.
5. International Shipping
At this time, Padstal Winkel only offer shipping within South Africa. We do not ship internationally.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for orders shipped via our store-arranged courier service. For customer-arranged couriers, please refer to the tracking information provided by your chosen courier service.
